Websites are under constant attack from hackers and spammers and we are no exception. The support solution we had in place seemed to attract bots filling in forms to see what they did, It meant there were up to 100 submissions a day. In the end I wouldn't even look at them. This meant that urgent issues were not addressed in a timely manor.


To address this we have password protected the help pages. Click on the link below to go to the help page.

You will be prompted for a username and password.

The username is : help

The password is the colour of the sky on a clear day (You have to work it out right!)
